I'm a bit late to the party. Everything you see here is all that happens. You get some extra loot and a slightly different Cutscene. Instead of Kratos hesitating to kill Lloyd, Lloyd prepares to finish Kratos but Yddrassil shows up and stops him. The rest plays out the same.
