I've worked in Garda armored transport for 2 years and it's easily the worst job I've ever had. Company is trash and doesn't give a crap about it's employees. I can't imagine mall cop gigs are any better.
Massive wage theft that all employees I work around say in Nashville area. It is not too uncommon to not even receive a pay check, and if you do, it might be a quarter or 50% or more short. Imagine how they do the clients!!!

Coworkers done lots of no shows, came late everyday, uniform never complete, left site for hours to get food, slept on duty. if management likes u u r good. If management don't like u.. They will fire u for silly reasons like haircut, using phone, not clean shaved😂😂😂glad I no longer work at this sh*t company
Lots of corruption in management. Too much favoritism. Only thing matters is boot licking... U can be late, u can sleep on job, u can do no shows all is fine. Discipline is no longer needed. U can wear slippers on duty. As long as u r boot licker.
