We're building a business plan for a small business with the intentions of bringing on 1 to 2 dozen W2 employees. However, to start it will be only the significant other and I. I, personally, do not need to be paid a salary at this time, as long as we can pay the other half in an hourly wage format. If I need to withdraw or borrow from the business, then we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. So, my question to you is can we run a S Corp and pay her (her being the other major "shareholder") in the form of a W2? And, if it is provided, what do you offer in the form of personnel management? I know there is only 2 of us at the moment, but I'd like to start with all the tools (i.e., payroll services, proper Corporation business model, etc.) before we bring on staff. And once we bring on staff, then will I consider a salary for myself.
I really need to relocate and move to a new apartment really bad but gat the issue with my pay stub till i read some comments about legicloner1 and give it a try man he's the best ans swuft service
