The no waistband jeans and the double waistband jeans were both huge in the early 00s, they're were god awful then, they're somehow even worse now. I'm just waiting on the lave up crotch, built in non removable belts, and lace up details that you can't adjust, then we'll really be back in 00s fashion hell
Jeans without a waistband will just fall off, you can’t keep them on without a waistband. Fast fashion is such a scam, it’s like a pyramid scheme but the pyramid the just the pile garbage on your closet, and that one in a desert somewhere.
These kinds of changes make such a huge difference but I think it’s someone most people don’t even consider because they don’t realize it’s possible. If we all just the tiniest bit of peri feral sewing knowledge I think our relationship to clothing would be so changed.
Totally agree, though I use it WITH a safety pin to hold it in place. Depending on the style and fabric of the dress the fabric may crease (chiffon pleats).
