Rangers aren't allowed to help if it is a natural cause. If it is a man-made problem they can help. I think it was Divot who had a wire noose around her neck and they tranq'ed here and cut it off.
You can tell how the other cub is worried about his mama. He knows something is wrong and sees his mom upset. These bears are very caring toward eachother. What a sad sad moment. I'm in tears🥺😥
Look at the bear with 2 cubs. The biggest cub is twice the size of its sibling. Wow. We see who first at the table. All the cubs look healthy. Good job mama bears.
That's 503 /Cubadult - he was adopted by Holly and is a year older than his adopted sister (Princess). I think it's the only time in history anyone has been able to watch a cub-adoption. He was abandoned at about a year and a half old, and within a couple of weeks Holly took him in. It's an incredible story. She nursed him and kept him until she "emancipated" the cubs about 2 years later. Super cool.
One thing we know, this mom fed her cubs very well. And starving definitely wasn’t the reason for its death! The junior that’s living is beyond well fed!
You guys are absolutely awesome for helping the bears and removal of the cub. I was just disappointed when I saw the title I thought it mean the cub recovered. I apologize.
What a wonderful video! So interesting to see how the old bridge was removed every year. And it was sweet that you included dear, fat 480 Otis at the end.
This is years old but I just now am watching it.where is this at? Anyone can reply . I watch a video a few minutes ago where sadly there was one dead cub. Maybe two. It was so sad. The Cubs body had been removed and the mom came back and lay next to where the body had been . You could see the pain in her eyes
