The person was trying to win for several turns and it took time to get to that point. It took a few extra seconds as well. I take the capitals if they move off of them immediately.
Why didn’t you just stop when you took Purple’s cap? What was going to do? They didn’t have Spain yet or a trade in. I think you thought you were in more danger than you were.
Good question. Purple would trade in and take the capital back. I would be in the same spot as before. Unless I kept everything on capital and just stayed there. I probably could have let purple travel across the board and take the other capital but it could trigger black to take that capital. Overall I just had a hard decision.
The only reason I can think green went into into you so early is when you did the I think 3/1 in orient that he though you were picking on him and they wanted to show they would not be bullied

What a well played game! In the end, you could have given Green a card. He’d probably have been grateful and gone after Black. That probably would have worked well, but as it turned out, taken longer.
"pink is through, wow." Pink broke orange like two or three turns earlier (I think it was the turn before they took Sevastapol). They were never out of cards. They were just waiting for you to expend a few turns of troops on Orange.

when you set up a green screen it will improve your setup. i think the angle should be you looking to the right since its in the left corner. but may only be my ocd

Fwiw doesn’t look like screen sniping to me. Did you think of cap in Germany? As it turned out, if you had capped in Scandinavia, instead of both Black and Green capping there, neither probably would have, since they could both see you but not each other.
I don’t think black was stream sniping. His play was just good from that position, until he slammed your cap. If he was stream sniping, I don’t think he would have slammed the cap then. Well played to outlast them and excellent play to get the W!
It was 100% sure that when Black finally did bring his 12 stack in front of your cap, it was his full cap stack. We can see later in the game that his scandi cap was empty. I dont believe in stream snipe theory because i face this type of player to often. Big emotional noobs.
