A couple of these walked up to me wanting a piece of my food when I was at work. Ive noticed these birds spend a lot of time walking. Which is goofy to look at. And sometimes they have human like eyes it's very uncanny.
This was beautiful! Thank you for sharing with us! I watch the robins in our neighborhood build a new nest atop their previous nests for their clutch each year, so seeing it up close like that was real treat 🪺 🩷
I have a few regulars who I have named. The one brown squirrel with an eye injury is "Jack" and I have a rabbit who frequently visits that I've named "Peter". I'll have to work on some others 😁
Please help Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge so their animals don’t suffer from the storms! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vOr8_w4C1Mg.htmlfeature=shared
Thank you so much for this! I used your recording to save the lives of 4 baby Mallard ducks yesterday. They were newborns & had been abandoned by the mama duck. It took about 3-4 hrs. to wrangle them but I safely captured them & turned them over to the pros at Peninsula Wildlife Sanctuary. It's important for people to know NOT to just let babies go at the local pond. Mother ducks leave the water to lay & hatch her eggs. The father (Drake) will kill the babies if he can. I played your video to attract the babies away from the street & safely up my driveway where I was able to catch them. They are very fast, about 15-18 mph & gave me a good workout! Thanks for helping to save 4 precious little lives.
