If you have trained arms and legs with compound exercises your core is usually strong by default.

Such a fun conversation with Brandi Starr on what growth and leadership actually look like versus what people think it looks like. Listen to our full talk, and be sure to check out her other 100+ episodes. There is gold in many of them.

Is there a reason you are not simply using Audience Split decision step instead of a Shared Filter?

Thanks for having me Brandi! Let's get more businesses making profit from their current customers rather than always hunt for new ones.

What would the SQL statement be for running a weekly report. So if it was automated on Monday mornings to run last Sunday - Saturday?

Thank you so much for your question, Alissa! Assuming you're running your weekly report on a Monday, here are the two expressions that can be used. - Send date greater than or equal to TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY, -8 , CURRENT_DATE) - Send Date less than TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY, -1 , CURRENT_DATE) If you're running your report on a different day of the week, you would simply adjust the negative values in the expressions accordingly. Please let us know if you have any other questions! :)

Is there a way of setting a specific time for the agent to send the report?

Hi, Andrew. I realized that myself after a few tests, but really appreciate your answer. :)
