I think in our society today, many of us can relate to some extent with Elliot and probably several of the other characters, good or bad. I personally think it is a broad view of the modern human condition, different to those of the past and worthy of this type of media as the human condition has changed so fast due to technology and societal change. Most of us have had less than ideal lives and been forced to comply to social norms. We've been frustrated and told to stop our instincts because society says no, it's wrong, and that's enforced by laws. Don't get me wrong, many laws do protect us and they work well and are in line with morale behaviour, but others make no sense. And, as with Elliot, this new form of strain on our natural behaviour has huge effects on mental health, even without the trauma he faced.
i'm so late for replying but i was working on this on and off because i had no other way of expressing myself and i wanted to improve upon my older videos. so you saying this really means a lot to me, thank you so much - this has made my evening <3
this edit encapsulates perfectly what this show is. a love letter to humanity. a beacon of hope for all of us who struggle emotionally and mentally for whatever reason. thank you
Binge watched the show two months ago after a long time. When you know the plot, everything from the first seconds to the last feels quite different. It's a masterpiece i believe more people should know about. Not because the cool fancy hacking, because it's not even the point, but the emotions, the fight against yourself. And that someday, the war against yourself must have a end, and it should be a peace treaty, with accepting all the failures you made and gonna make, instead of destroying one of the sides, a part of you
you just encapsulated everything i feel about mr robot i haven't been so invested and emotional about a show in so long and everything about it is just so pure
it'll never pass for them, i think in the back on their mind there'll always be a missing piece of the puzzle in their lives. their on screen chemistry was just so honest
I really like it! If you want to know what you could do better (my opinion) at 2:36 the music is getting louder, its confusing, try to hold a seperation between Musik and Movie Sound, same at 4:35. And there are some moment's you maybe just let "speechless": Something like the musik at 2:42, if you would just show something without movie sound for 3-4 sekends it would feel better to watch it. Stuff like that is what i see could be better BUT!! I still really like it, nice work, keep it up! PS: think about making shorter videos, something between 3-5 minutes :)
