Uplifting, faith promoting stories of real people. Glenn has often been compared the radio host Paul Harvey for his unique way of telling uplifting stories.
William Tyndale was a Saint. We are indebted to him. Read Michael Wilcox’s book on the subject. Watch “Gods Outlaw”. Read Foxes Book of Martyrs! His dying words came TRUE!
I'm an old trucker. Made a daily run to SLC for building materials. A 76 Peterbilt with a 4n4 transmission. 350 cummins. This story is a reminder that we influence people through out our day and do not realize it.
One from Mountain View, WY. I am watching this Monday Morning. I have mentioned that you may become tired of me by the end of October because I will be on the Westward bond Mormon Pioneer Trails tour, and 8 days after arriving home, I will be on the Panama Canal Cruise with you (You have assured me that you will not be tired of me when we return from the cruise). Then, a year later, Sept. 29-Oct. 15th I will be with you on the Exotic Danube River Cruise and Land tour of Romania! See you September 20th!
Several times though out my life, people I barely know have told me in passing that they had never seen me without a smile. And I hope they never do. The smile is not "hiding" my true feelings. I am a happy person, that is not to say I don't have my "pity party" moments, I do! But a friend once told me that there is nothing wrong with pity parties as long as you don't overstay your welcome! See you in 3 and 1/2 weeks for the Mormon Pioneer Trail Tour-Westbound!
I love Rex and his family. They are amazing people. I know exactly who you’re talking about and I can see that kind of grin coming out of his face and smile cause that’s the kind of guy he is. He is an upstanding guy.
That was a wonderful ștory. Thank you. My dad was a truck driver I have very good memories of riding with him in his truck. First rides were in a milk truck - hauling milk from the farmers. Then I rode in a tanker hauling gasoline or oil. My dad always wondered how I could read the book I would bring in a bumpy truck. I went once on an over-nighter and slept in a sleeper. Thanks for your stories.
