I am Brandon Gaylor. At Gaylor Property Service we offer junk removal, dumpster rental, material hauling, and brush removal. I will bring you along the way during the start up of my business and show you how it grows. I want to inspire you to start your own business and live a life of freedom and wealth!
Watch putting too much weight on the end of your trailer. It’s takes the ground pressure off your rear tires affecting your braking and it can create sway going down the road. I’ve seen many accidents happen because the weight in the trailer wasn’t distributed correctly.
Lol I’ve learned to not stack in the back of the trailers like that even with light loads. I understand it’s a heck of a lot easier to load and unload…..but minimal to no tongue weight is DANGEROUS Easy money video👍🏼 Keep up the grind!!
They will if you post services in marketplace. In marketplace I only post products, like hauling rock, mulch, and gravel. I post services like junk removal, brush removal, dumpster rental in local community and yard sale groups.
Haha, because no dump truck driver is going to deliver any amount of gravel for $100. Also, the customer didn’t want a big dump truck backing down his hill in fear of it getting stuck. So he hired me.
When you do it this way though it would be hard to track exactly how much gravel you are getting to your customer. I know when I haul from the yard its less than a scoop whether im getting 1 or 6 tons and I am in and out of there in 10 min. Looks like grandpa may just like moving gravel which is fine too. Keep up the good work!
I know 4 tractor scoops is 2-2.5 tons by the way my trailer lifts it. At 5 scoops it is over weight and won’t lift. He loves any opportunity to use his tractor, even though it’s hard for him to get on and off of it now.
@gaylorpropertyservice yeah I switched my gas small equipment to Milwaukee 4 years ago and didn't look back I got my gatormade 7x14 dump after watching you
Jackson will eventually be a great help to you. He doesn't know it yet but he's looking at his future as a landscape helper but then again he might be the next president of the US. ;-)
So do you usually charge $300 per load plus dump fees or…. ?? Curious how others charge that about where I’ve been roughly, depending on what I’m hauling and how much work it is. Do you split and sell firewood? In that area seems like it would be a hit, especially if you know a tree guy.
$300 per load, dump fees are included in that. No I don’t. There seems to be plenty of people around that do that. The county does it as well for free.
I do some weedeating now. I’ve thought about it, but I have a friend starting a mowing business this year. I’ve been trying to send him customers for that. I may add mowing to my business someday, but I would rather be at the point of hiring a crew to do it. I don’t really want to myself.
@@gaylorpropertyservice for sure here in middle tn we had 15” 2 weeks ago 8” at one time flooding my property. Slowing getting ckeaned up. Hope business is going well.
What kind of grade % you think that driveway is? I’ve got some property in NC mountains that has a pretty steep 25%ish driveway that I’m skeptical about
