Hiya Mark Maria here 🍀 I've used the Deus twice now in general mode I think and found some nice things. I've been taking notes as we go. Love the knife you found That ring is stunning too. That square thingy looks like a hinge 🤔 Thanks very much for sharing Maria 🍀
Great video! Just put some tiny black cable hose where you soldered the two cables (of the antenna) and use a heat gun (or a simple lighter) to shrink the hose. It will make the spot unbreakable
That is fantastic, what a lovely thing to do, he is absolutely blown away. I had my first detector 50 years ago when I was 9 and I was hooked on detecting within the first few minutes when I found my first coin. Well done chaps and all the best from Jon and Wendy in Derbyshire 🙂🙂👍👍
That seems unfairly harsh. In the first place, the label suggests it was well-worn. Wires sometimes break. The fact that you fixed it, rather than trashing it, is another hint. Yes… cheap ones aren’t as sturdy as expensive ones. Like most hobbies, metal detecting seems to attract the usual “fan boys,” for whom anything less than state-of-the-art is considered trash.
it was one sensor wire broken till you went into a rant about the boards components. I could see the break early on before you went into your diatribe about the board and not being able to understand the peize speaker or the tiny motor being used for the vibration, That when you started pulling the device apart. You are Stupid, period and do not have a clue how to repair anything. You caused an easy repair to a challenge. And when soldering you didn't even clean and desolder proper.
Hmm - anyone else thinking tractor here?? Dig out round the rear wheels and side steps (or just break the side steps off) sand ladders under the rear wheels and pull - this attempt looks like it was destined to fail..
🤣😂you won’t budge that with those foot boards on they are proper sucked up on the sand 🤣they should of had a monkey jack and some boards and it would have come out easy I never went anywhere in my 4x4s without my monkey jack you just never know when you will need it
its Cleethorpes, its sodding mud under the top sand, he should have attempted to add some sort of flotation device and a tagline, wait for the tide to pull it out and pull it to shore
not saying they ain't got a clue how to recover that vehicle,, but they ain't got a clue lol, needs a couple of people either side :D j with props to lift it as it gets pulled onto a couple of scaffold planks, ohh and take the handbrake off :D and put in neutral, just saying lol
It would take some skill to keeep it at a constant height...level to the ground. I'd be interested to know the specs and depth possibilities and very interested to hear how it detects 'non metallic' items?
