Idk how you’re doing now but what has helped with me was starting bysitting on my recumbent bike then lifting my bad leg up when at 90 degrees then putting my full body weight on my good leg until standing then do marching on the spot by straightening the bad knee then bending it without lifting with the hip . I did this until it suddenly clicked without having to put my full weight on my good leg and already being in a standing position
Thank you so much for this walking exercises, I found out that I loose balance when I walk and swayed side to side and I also get cramps on my leg, so if I may ask, incase I practice this daily will I gain balance when I walk and also will I have a much more smother walking?
