Sorry for not responding sooner! This is the one but this particular place has sold out www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B085DPSH1W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hi Jason, could you please tell me where that area (looks like a golf course) is at the end of the video? Looks great for dog walking so I'd like to take mine there and let her off the lead for a run around.
Moved to Wilmslow many years ago, used to be a really nice place. The surroundings still are but the town is a dying death. Constantly new bars opening and closing. Town centre traffic and pollution is terrible now. Floodings happen far too often around the town especially the Carrs. Druggies around the park, needles being found etc. The only main positive is my house price has increased vastly since the 90s. I feel the town is being left behind with other towns having much more added investment and much cleaner such as Knutsford, Congleton and Alderley Edge. I still love it here though!
I agree that it definitely needs a regeneration. There's hope though, like you said the areas around are lovely and there is a lot of money about. At some point, rents will have to come down to a point where bars and shops can make it work financially. I look to Altrincham town centre as a recent example. Has gone through a massive change from pretty undesirable a few years back to now being an absolutely incredible place full of life and thriving businesses.
I lived there in the early 1970’s. I have visited since and have fond memories of Wilmslow. Whilst it’s changed, I can still see some of the sights of my formative years, some things never changed. thank you. PS I now live in the Highlands of Scotland so I think I’ve traded up, but it’s marginal. 😂
That was superb. Loved the Carrs from above. Lived here 22 years and never been to the top of Waitrose😱, always park on the first level🤷🏼♀️😃 Great promotion for small businesses and some new ventures I see along Grove Street☺️👍🏼
Great video Jason! 👏 We've thoroughly enjoyed being a small business in Altrincham for the past 5/6 years. We've always been shown great support by the resident and business communities, so it comes as no surprise Altrincham was voted best place to live in 2020 ☺️
@@billymurray1687 have to disagree that it’s only nice in the town centre! Stamford park, John Leigh park, hale, timperley all lovely areas. Everywhere has its more expensive areas and lesser priced ones, but I think it’s a great place overall.
