11.59 Sun 5 mar. Ok in the little plastic goodies bag there are 2 bright silver screws about 1.5cm long. Where the the handle fits onto the body, it’s plastic with a hole on one side. Screw each screw into those holes. 😄
Good review thanks. This is not the mower for the type of lawn we have to mow - Kykuya grass. Saved us some grief I think. Seems it would be ideal for a nice flat smooth lawn.
Is it a self propelled mower or does the motor just spin the blades (while you push it along)? A couple of years have passed since your review, do you still have the mower and if so, how has it held up over time?
Don't need the catcher if you do 2 quick cuts . First at med height . Second at low cut .. and you can just leave all the short clippings to disappear into the lawn .
Great review mate. Just wondering gow did your catcher go with more use? Mine started falling apart in 2 months of use. The catcher has been a real pain. Also the mower keeps getting jammed everytime it comes across tiny wood barks on my grass, so i need to literally broom my lawn before using the mower. Hence, im thinking of getting a petrol rotary and will probably still use this mower as a 2nd cut, once the rotary has tidied up the lawn.
I bought a Hyacinth plant from Aldi for Easter. 3 plants in one pot for 3.99, smells like perfume. All the other stores are selling for 4.99. Maybe you don't have a green thumb.
Great review! awesome camera/editing skills. The warranty works! I bought this model before xmas and it worked great until last week - I ran over a small branch - the electric cut out tripped, (about a 20 second delay until the cutout resets) on restart the electric motor turned but there was a mechanical break somewhere and the blades did not tun (not jammed) Bunnings were very helpful and happy to replace it but this model wasn't currently available. Bunnings offered me the choice of any other make or model and I could make up the difference in price - if any. I opted for the OZITO PXCLMS-018 their smallest rotary mower.(+$9) It is far more capable - cuts Dandelions! - than the cylinder mower. Horses for courses the cylinder is great for maintaining well kept manicured lawns and the added benefit of being able to use it as a human powered more when the battery goes flat !
It's not a real review unless you show us the product before and after use. Also does 4 ply mean you can use the same piece on four different occasions? Nah seriously love you dude keep up the good work! Cheers! 😊👍✌️
Hey great review mate! Nice dog. And if it's you that designed and looks after that garden great job mate it looks mint. I'll sub I hope you do more garden stuff I love mowing and gardening equipment. Cheers! Peaceout! 😊👍✌️
I sort of helped with the garden design haha and I do look after most of it. I get a guy in to trim the hedges when I want it nice and straight and I've got a lawn guy that does some of the harder stuff (lawn coring, Reno's)
Good review. Cylinder mowers cop a bad wrap from people that are not using them in the correct application. You explained their intended purpose perfectly. Subbed, looking forward to more reviews.
@@TheAldiReviewer yeah true! I was planning to buy one in a few weeks once temperatures warm up and was mainly keen on the lowest cut setting as i have couch lawn.
@@TheAldiReviewer Thats brilliant. I was actually wondering how i could try and balance bricks on top of it since i heard that its super light and may just float over the lawn(if uneven and spongy)rather than cut down to 14mm. The fert bag idea is brilliant! Thanks!
Next time film yourself actually trying them. Viewers like seeing genuine reactions. At least I do, I want to know how good/bad something is so I know for sure if I should buy it or definitely stay away from it
