Make sure that you have the closed toggled for the anniversary and then in the contact information that the status is also changed to closed. If not it won't trigger the auto for the closing anniversary... Hope this helps
Normally I would not respond to an disgusting comment such as this. You realize that people are currently being rescued from their flooded homes by airboat. Very insensitive. We will be fine please never move here. Not welcome
@@jfkjr.isstilldead9634 First of all none of the areas including the Riverwood Plantation were in an evacuation area. Not even close. You obviously are ignorant to the fact that there are large areas of Florida that flooded that have never flooded such as Riverwood Plantation and folks had no way of leaving once 35 inches of rain came down upon them. It would be wise in the future to research or think first before making a blanket statement as there are some real hardships right now happening across the state. Very insensitive IMO... I only responded back because you implied in your last statement that they should have known better and you are dead wrong. This ends the conversation. Last response from me.
Thanks for the video, been so stressed about being stuck on my variable rate. If i lock in my rate will go up and ill be unable to afford my mortgage 😵 i bought a year ago when variable rates were awesome and only 1.4% so it seemed like a great idea at the time. Really hoping for the rates to drop again and not keep increasing like alot of people say. Ive been hearing numbers like 8% 😬
My personal opinion of it would be to lock in now you would hate for them to go up you can always refinance downward in the future better safe than sorry if you need a lender to help you with that I've got a few great ones let me know and I will send you some contacts to call but you definitely want to get out of that variable rate if you can
Turning a beautiful little southern town into a sprawling metropolis of overpriced pop-up homes, where the people will complain about the native animals that were displaced by them being built. "Progress".
Yes it has gotten busy here in recent times. I have been here all my life and have seen it grow for sure. Negative of progress I guess but Port Orange is still an incredible place to live and raise a family:)
