Vital information on development programs and policy for public consumption is the way forward. Hats off to Honorable Governor Kool and his administration for this unprecedented initiative
Nice piece of music with a unique style of arrangements. However this particular song "Mama lukim mi" is originally composed and sang by the Kele butika string band of Manus in the early 80s. During those days string band music were most popular sung throughout the district and various LLGs. However the Kele Butika string band which depicted three villages of the Tetidu LLG, Buyang, Tingou and Kawaliap were the most outstanding string band of all time right up till now. Most of their songs are recorded in the NBC radio station and is replayed around by generations of today via RU-vid and other social platforms to revive those good old days. In this modern era, music is changing so fast like the price of fuel and food skyrocketed. Consequently, music affects our beliefs, values and cultures. Besides always remember that music gives us joy, inspiration and meaning into our livelihood.
