Thanks for sharing. I'm looking to build my own. I'm new to Canada, and don't know how it has to be done here. I did build houses in my country, so for me to do that, is not a problem. Paper work and permissions is what I need to know. Actually in my opinion the easiest way to build is ICF, it's quite quickly and easy. Will be waiting for an update.
