I would love to see more videos like the Petula Clark, Sign of the Times one. I don't know who did that Something with creative use of props, smiling playful dancers doing innovative movements, almost unique like that video. Anyone know of any?
I wasn't born when Hullabaloo was on, but when I saw the female dancers danced alongside the late, great choreographer David Winters to the Rolling Stone's ( I Can't Get No ) Satisfaction, you can see his choreography in action ( he and Joey Robertson, another fantastic choreographer contributing to Hullabaloo's danceable success ). I didn't know he passed away 4 years ago, but what an incredible performance! He DEFINITELY got satisfaction ...and it's groovy, and it's great.....👏🕺⚘️David Winters! One correction here, before someone spell-check on me, Joey's last name was Heatherton, NOT ROBERTSON! I'm glad I caught it before someone.......plural reads it😊.
I had always hoped that variety shows would come back. I remember clearly watching shows like these with my mother - she loved dancers, in particular males who danced. Good stuff. My daughter is a Juilliard trained dancer I wish my mom were alive to see her. And what absolutely slays me every time is that people who cannot dance or sing (Natalie Wood) get leading roles Westside Story, Gypsy. Glad to know that David Winters went on to have a fabulous career.
i think that in a secret way, diana in some point, was in love with michael too, but never said that, that's what i think, because is was impossible not got in love with that sexy man, more if you were so close to him
