I dont agree with the conclusions drawn in this video. We are not all on the same path. Everyone who's a universalist and believes this is wrong. Christianity points us from inside ourselves to a God who is separate from us. Christ (the son of God and one of the 3 persons that make up the one triune God) asks of us that we make God sovereign of our lives: to surrender our own sovereignty and follow Him. Christians believe there is spiritual warfare going on, and since Doreen's conversion, she believes that too. Satan and his demons exist, just as angels do. So when Doreen refers to her activities and beliefs she practised whilst in the New Age as demonic, we should take that literally. Its interesting to hear you recount your negative experience of being in the presence of Michael, whoever he was. If he was a Christian, it makes sense that you felt bad energy from him. Please dont take offense, but the Bible refers to the activities practiced in the New Age as sin, and also warns us that demons can possess or oppress people who " give the devil a foothold" by inviting spiritual beings into their lives or just by practicing things like divination. Therefore its not impossible that a demonic presence around you would have an adverse reaction to a Christian. I myself have experienced some extremely intense negative energy when in a demonic stronghold. Please dont be offended by my comment, I respect everyone's right to have their own beliefs and opinions. I only want to leave a comment answering what happened to Doreen Virtue. She saw the true light. According to Scripture, Satan masquerades as an angel of light. Doreen discovered that, and turned to Christ.
The bible says to stay away from mediums, witches, idolatry... so its not wierd for a Christian to talk about staying away from that stuff. I didnt know her until after i left witch craft and new age. I could see and hear things, dream of furture things.. i turned to these women for help in getting away from all of the evil. Also there is no "white" witch or "of light".. Satan can come in that form as well. A witch is a witch. Even if you say "God" if you are practicing new age or witchcraft you are not on Gods side. Tarot.. you think that you are approved tocommand Gods angels and spirits? No that is evil making you think you can. Does ot work? Yes. As someone who has spent the better part of his life embroiled in evangelicalism, and who has thankfully renovated some of those rooms (fancy way of saying exvangelical), i can confirm much of what Doreen now believes is religious rhetoric, not truth.
Hi, my perspective is that I can't say you are right or Doreen. I was born into a Christian family, got anxiety and went full in into new age teachings. It felt off to me and the Christ called me to read the Bible. Doreen says that she was saved when she read the Bible first page to last and recognised herself in there clearly as a False Prophet. I've read the Bible since many times, not just a page here and there, but really read it and it's an eye opener. There are many passages on False Prophet teachings and staying clear from new age practices such as mediumship and fortune telling etc. People who turn to Jesus tend to have peace that passeth all understanding. Cant argue with it really, its a Holy book and sacred.

She said she saw Jesus in the sky and in that moment she realized that everything in the Bible is the word of God. I believe that experience truly scared her because she believes that what she did was litterally lead millions of people to hell. That would certainly change a person. Is it possible that God is using her to bring her out of the New Age and to the truth?

Doreen met Jesus and has been brought into truth. It's one thing when we follow something we believe but it's totally different to follow someone you know. Once you know something, you cannot not know it. Once Doreen was out of the deception she was previously under, it was inevitable that she had to denounce her past deceitful teachings. She would have been devastated at the amount of people she led astray whilst blind to the truth. I see comments below saying 'how arrogant to believe only one religion think they're right' but the reality is there is only ever one truth in any situation. The worlds mantra on 'living your truth' is a lie. It's actually living your perspective. There is no agenda - I'd guess she wants to bring everyone into the knowledge she has been brought into. Christ plucked me from the world aged 33.. My whole life changed drastically.. Not because of the control of any man, but because of God. Jesus says 'seek and ye shall find' and anyone truly born again of the Spirit of Christ know this to be true. It is not a religion, but relationship. If you truly want to know who God is I sincerely recommend asking Him to show you who He really is. If your heart is earnest, then my dear, you will find Jesus. We are categorically not saying the same thing, at all, and the very fact you make that statement is a display of the confusion within you. Jesus did not die for our awareness (which is what consciousness means), He died for our sins because the wages of our transgressions is death. He loved us so much that He paid that price for those willing to accept it. We are eternal beings and we choose to live eternity with or without God. I know where I want to be. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man come to the Father but by me.' Very bold claim to make. One could almost only conclude 3 things. I feel she sort of started to go off the deep end during the marriage with Stephen Farmer where she had to always blast him in her books and he left her. After she called him her twin flame and had to back peddle and redefine what that even meant. I feel like that’s when she started to question if what she was saying was real or bs. She got seriously in her ego and seemed to define herself by any dude she was in a relationship with. I think she just wasn’t well defined in herself and when things didn’t play the way she thought they should she decided it was all bad. I don’t see it as a conspiracy. Just a really unhealthy person who fell apart and clung onto whatever the next thing was.

No you can't "work with Jesus and still practice your belief". If you want to find out why this is heresy, humbly turm to Almighty God and sincerely ask Him to reveal to you the truth. Jesus hates religion, true true Christianity is a relationship with Jesus. Once the holy Spirit of the Lord opens your spiritual eyes, you realize all the deception you had been under. That is what happened to her, simple as that. It happens to people all the time. That is what happened to me. It's just such a drastic change that everyone who knew you and all around you can't figure it out nor understand it....until it happens to them. When God works in someone it defies all logic 😊❤️ it doesn't matter whether you understand it or not. Just because you "feel" energy or spirits or whatever it is doesn't mean it's from God, just because it feels right doesn't mean it is lol. That's the great deception. Until your awaken. Jesus opened Doreens eyes...it's always in God's timing. That's what being truly saved is, it's realizing who Jesus truly is and that he is God and he is our savior. Thank you for articulating this. I feel the same way. It actually pains me to see Doreen do a complete flip and, not just denounce her former "New Age" work, but actively trash it. She helped me along my own early path, with learning about Indigo souls/starseeds (millions of people worldwide are Indigos), and I liked her material about angels too. I think you're right about her latest husband (the very religious one) being heavily influential in her flipping like this because, when you think about her previous husband, Steven Farmer, he was/is a full-on New Ager (and seemed like a really nice, pretty balanced guy, tbh). Doreen pursued that area even more strongly after getting together with him. I get the impression that Doreen has a tendency to lose her identity with her partners/husbands, and to lean in feverishly to what they like or endorse. But I also think you could be right about her having been co-opted/captured/compromised to create confusion and division among the spiritual community. There has always been infiltration in the New Age community, going back to at least the 1960s, when it really took shape, but it's probably more pronounced now because of the ongoing, more accelerated awakening and ascension process taking place, and more people seeking answers. Doreen was one of the most prominent New Age figureheads, so it makes sense that possibly NGOs would have approached her and paid her to switch to fundamentalist Christianity. Not surprisingly, she's lost most of her old 'fanbase'/following now. But what a shame it all is. When I see Doreen nowadays, it's like a light or spark has gone out in her. I see fear, darkness and emptiness in her, and it's perturbing to me. Doreen's old spiritual information was actually very accurate, IMO. There was so much truth in it. Jesus would have approved of it, lol. ☺
A lot of us have grown up being "told" what we believe, instead of consciously making that choice for ourselves. Our belief system is how we make sense of our world, and should be based on our present level of awareness which is constantly evolving. We all have opinions and choices, as we all have a free will. Doreen Virtue completely abandoned her present level of awareness, for something polar opposite. Some may see this abrupt shift as a form of betrayal. We are all finding our way through this existence while searching for our truth, Doreen found a replacement for her truth and decided to roll with it. I take her teachings and sift it for its gold, there are elements of truth that run through all religions, your job is to decide what resonates with you. Remember, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
Everything Doreen taught was evil. Thank God she had her eyes open up to the light of Jesus. I like to watch and am subscribed to her channel. I felt shocked saddened and betrayed by her suddenly renouncing and closing up shop on her beliefs and her community. At first I thought it was over money but now I see it’s something so much worse. She was dragged down and brainwashed by a controlling man. How disappointing. I light a candle and dance naked in the forest that she finds her way back to her true self and to her community…😔
