I would argue that Mitchell was the best of his era in terms of blend and style. He was training with Benny the Jet, and BJJ with the Machado brothers. With some K1 style kickboxing in Holland which favored his size and frame. All in all, he was stylistically superior to Seagal, Van Damme, Speakman, or Michael Dudikoff.
Are you kidding me? This films kickboxing scenes were mediocre and that's being kind Mitchell wasnt a terrible actor and he had a likable way about him and it was a script by somebody pretty decent I cant remember who but if fetus Van Damme knew you were one day going to say that he would have immediately did a kip up out of the split he was in for 9 months helicopter kicked his way out of the womb which he did anyway but he wouldve done it earlier chopped straight through umbilical cord made a lasso and just held out his hand while staring with one eye at his dad meaning wallet and keys and the other on the fine nurse checking out his package then lassoed a wheelchair and got a handful of ass on his way out of there to hunt down Mitchell's father and have a word which in Van Dammese means busting a split so damn awesome across two high chairs that Sasha's dad stands hypnotized as all creatures do before epic splittery dont worry though cause Jean will bring him out of it on the count of uppercutting him in the nuts so damn hard the tiny sperm that was baby mitchell just got the worlds first pre natal sex change courtesy of the Belgian Ball Buster though she kept the same name. It was different and he actually came across pretty good as a cop/seal/ dea agent whatever out for revenge he actually had a style Mitchell did nothing that literally a million people could have and whatever happened after this movie I dont know but his acting was atrocious in the others and the martial arts didnt improve that is why he hasn't been in anything that matters ever and people actually know who JCVD and Seagal is as for Dudikoff he is just barely a rung or two above Mitchell and 80% of people could give a shit less about him only in the 80s when ninjas were blonde headed white Californians was Dudikoff a viable B-action movie hero. @@synthonaplinth5980 That ex-wife was a drug addict throughout the marriage who physically abused their children and concocted the spousal abuse story for money and to try and get the kids (likely for child support that would hardly be spent on them as well as spousal support). The fact he was awarded custody of their children and she got five supporvised visits per year should tell you all you need to know about who was upstanding in the relationship.
