Another beautiful home! Great floorplan and colors! I really like the hidden laundry room/pantry that still has room for a small freezer! Great Master Bedroom and bath which has an opening window and just a shower! Perfect house for a single guy and his dog! Thanks for the tour, I know where to go when moving to ❤WV❤
Stick a pony wall at end of the tub in the master bathroom and this gives much better privacy to the toilet and Much better ambiance for the person in the tub.

Nice style in the living room. Hate the TRIP STRIP at the marriage line. Butler's pantry is awesome. Needs a private water closet. Too bad there's no sink in laundry room.
You are absolutely correct. This model is “huge”, but there’s a great deal of wasted space. The Lulamae Farmhouse is beautiful and the space is efficiently designed. The porch and covered entrances make it feel and look more like a home than a place to live.
That's because they don't ask the customer what they want they just decide for them. It's a free home makeover. I doubt they make any decision other than yes you can make over my house
@@mobilehometactician that is a lot better than i was thinking with delivery and setup and its not that youre over pricing its just the prices of them have shot up crazy high for what theyre supposed to be which is a cheap alternative to buying a home
