I usually prefer to send this to clients directly, but you can also hop on a call and fill out the onboarding sheet with them. It's really up to you. However, the most convenient method is to send this to the clients so they can fill it out and send it back to you, allowing you to start working. I hope this answers your question. I have seen you have setup various adsgroup for different location. But my question is did you use different landing page for different adgroup/location or just the one landing page for whole campaign or how many landing page are you using?

Whenever I start a campaign, I usually use Manual CPC to control the keyword bid limit. I sometimes use maximize clicks as well. Then I switched to maximize conversion aiding with a Target CPA when I knew I needed to spend "X" amount of money to get a qualified conversion.
