Hi Nate, I have tried to create a mounting for my DJI 03, but I am seeing a vignette in my goggles. Should I change my lens configuration from wide to normal? By the way, I am using Goggles V2.
Any luck with this? I guessing your are talking about the small bit of TPU that shows up in the corners of the image? I get it too when running 4:3 at 2.7k but I also run most of the videos through GyroFlow to get it back to a true 16:9 video. You can try switching to 16:9 and seeing if that helps or double check that the camera is fully inserted in the mount.
I'm flying the wing and it running the a Matek F405-wmn flight controller running INAV, HGLRC M100-5883 Micro GPS, Crossfire RX and a DJI O3 Air unit. It's also running a 3530 1400kv motor with a 8x6 prop on a 40A ESC.
Almost everything we fly around in FPV is fixed and doesn't move, add an easily seen moving object and now you suddenly can't charge packs fast enough!
You would have to compare it with the size of the O3 air unit, currently there is about 1/16" of space between it and the rear props. Maybe a 2.9x1.8x3 prop might be better. The TPU motor guards I would think fit your motors too.
This is the stock tune and it flies great but I also run the video through GyroFlow and that is really only controlling the Smoothness by 0.200, No Zooming and stock FOV. It's a fun quad, you're going to love it!
Yes, I think I'm still alive, but no, I'm no longer working on my viewer. It was fun working on this project at the beginning but it took up almost all my free time and I needed to call it quits.
