just got a 2016 sxt. I love that it's got the pentastar v6. I drive a bus for a living and I don't want or need a racecar. this car checks all my boxes for a sport coup classic 2 door sports car. what's cool is the amount of add ons readily available is crazy. mines pitch black and now I have purple headlight rings and hood scoop intakes. purple steering wheel accents and interior control knobs. another thing I like about this version is it's much lighter than an Rt for instance. 400 pounds lighter saves on gas and gives better power to weight ratio.
I have had my days of hot rod v8 cars , bald tires , tickets and wasted gas. It was fun and I'm older now so there is no reason I can't still have a sporty looking car that gets better gas mileage , more room under the hood to work on and isn't hard on tires along with cheaper insurance . And as I'm older now although I thought I'd never say it 4 doors. A 4 door sporty car. It's easier to get in and out of and more convenient. And for a v6 it is actually pretty impressive with the 8speed auto. So for the v6 haters go ahead and have your fun , later in life you may feel like I do about the v6 charger. Life changes. Priorities change.
fyi... the red strip in the center of the taillights is not a tail light.. it's just an accent.... but... they do make an LED strip you can wire into the taillights wiring harness that is nice
Yall be roasting my baby😭😭🤣 i own a ‘19 but at first ngl i hated it. It just needs some love. Stock parts break the second u accelerate too much or brush a slight pile of dirt or something (im a country boy) but yea soons i get this baby running she’s the cradle to the grave 🤣
Man, I've been upgrading all the garbage plastic parts with metal versions wherever I could. I got a couple more upgrades to install, then she'll be much more reliable.

I bought a 2019 Crosstrek Limited in 2019. To date, 2/1/2024 and 10, 600 miles, I have not experienced any of the issues described in this video with my Crosstrek. My only complaints about my 2019 Crostrek, and I was aware of these 2 issues before I bought the Crostrek, is it is grossly underpowered which has since been corrected in the upper trim level Crosstrek, and the front seats don't fit my size. I'm 6'0" 180 lbs. and after 2+ hours of driving I'm really uncomfortable. I believe a seat bolster would correct this issue for me. All in all, for an around town grocery getter vehicle, as long as I'm not in the vehicle for longer than 2 hours at a stretch, I'm very happy with my 2019 Crosstrek. MPG has well exceeded EPA expectations. I've been driving since 1964 and I've yet to discover the perfect vehicle.
Okay.. so..we got one... My Son... now... we're old folks.. but been around..,we grew up on rear wheel drive vehicles. Our kids only had front drive... so..we have to teach them... cars always have been.

This was an interesting video for me. I'm looking for a used 3 for my son, and I'm currently trying to decide between a 2016 and a 2017. It's looking like it will be the '17 because of multiple factors, but if it were exterior styling alone, I would chose the '16. This video pointed out several suble differences that I was totally unaware of.
@@Thechosen77 I ended up getting a 2016. The one I bought was the best combo of price, color, mileage, condition, and body style that I found at the time. Solid little car.
Horrible wheels. There are far nicer ones available from Jaguar. I have had a 2017 25t R Sport AWD for 2.5 years now and love it. It performs really well and is fast enough. Handling is superb and I've had no issues whatsoever in the 2 .5 years I've owned it. The spec is excellent and overall it outshines it's BMW and Audi competitors. There are no rattles or squeaks at all and the sound system is good enough quality. My Jag has virtually no turbo lag so I think the one here requires attention. Oh one more thing, it's called a jaguar not a jagwar. Please learn how to pronounce the name properly!
Stay away from the 1.5L. Get at least the 2.0L. The difference is night and day and that 1.5L is going to wear out much quicker. I went with the regular hybrid. Same engine and transmission from the Prius believe it or not, and I average 55mpg in city driving. Got as high as 84mpg. Went from filling my tank once a week to once a month. Don't see myself ever going back to ICE only.
Having climate controls on the centre screen would not be very mazda jinba ittai. Proving this is MG HS where everything is done in a touch screen. It lags so heavy. If you see a messy truck ahead of you and want to set AC to recirculate… just don’t both you’ll be waiting 15 years for the mg’s screen to show the control. Mazda… just 1 press… milliseconds.
