Hi how's it going, Cool car you have it's a shame the Hoonicorn associated was pulled off the market and discontinued but the way Associated set it up was horrible for a 6s car out of the box still a cool car. I also wanted to ask how you were able to make the gyro function work on the Radiomaster MT12 as i'm now considering one for the price and features.
@@cjchannel12RC Hi. Yeah I had pre-ordered the car so I got it pretty early. But yeah I didn’t trust that little system in such a big car so I never ran it stock. And of course they NOW have a builders kit. The Dumbo gyro works off either ch 6 or 8 when using the mt12. I can’t remember exactly which channel off hand. I just routed it to a knob for adjustability.
@@riconatale3676 I used black rubber bands off amazon. The best way to use bands is from both rails to a center point near the axles. Not running along the shocks. I have the front bands over the front body posts and under the servo. I printed a rear mount for the rear band to attach on top of the rear axle.
@@Gaichou This is on an Evo Pro so I don’t know if everything will line up right on a stock Rock Van Evo chassis. It’s about 5 or 6 parts all together. Including rear magnet mounts and an extended front hinge mount.
