I wish I could find one of those breather covers for the carburetor on my EVO Heritage! I've always liked the looks of them! Nice bike, & nice video! Seeya!
Glad you were able to make it work. My 65 in a stock frame the mousetrap sits lower and misses the fins by more than in your frame. Great job and nice looking bike! I went with a 65 because at my age with my health problems that button is a good thing.
That in my opinion is an absolutely beautiful bike, I read many Chopper magazines in the day. Is that a Durfee Girder, girders are near impossible to aquire. Owen, from Australia.
Back in the day "Gary Bang" fish tails were the best, they were about a 1/2" wide opening at the fishtail and your bike would sound like a truck hitting his "J brake" when you got off the throttle!!!
Hey. You're close to my old house. Is that mural still there? I know some of them down that way have been painted over. There used to be some really neat street art under the little bridge you can walk under on Seeboth. Don't know if any of that is there anymore, either. The city has changed so much...I have a friend who lived in a warehouse on Florida long before they redid them all into six-figure condos--when it was still an *actual warehouse*. It was pretty great. I know nothing about bikes, but cool bike.
I have a 72 shovel hard tail chopper with a p&p 21 over girder front end raked especially for that front end, with invader mags front and back the front is a 21"×3,I'll never ever part with this bike I built it ,it's 72 corvette yellow with candy blue and burgundy flames with a top coat of micro flake in the clear,it runs strong and hard!
No, go hydraulic , u need a four speed only, for it. There’s no cables, or you can get some pull helper thing that goes into the transmission cable cover.
Great looking chopper, Dave! It's a hard to hear you on the camera/phone while riding with the wind noise. You should try getting a helmet camera with an microphone inside the helmet!
Hey, Dave, got curious and actually found you on RU-vid That's cool. These kind of scoundrels know that a cost more to hire an attorney to get your money back then what they owe you. It's a rough spot to be in and I wouldn't wish that on anybody except well maybe for my enemies I guess but I wouldn't wish it on anybody like my friends.
I've had bikes with mousetraps Come in the shop where you just about neede 2 hands to pull in the clutch, and leave with 2 finger clutches, it's all about the set up.
