I can delete them. But it seems a waste of time since google just re-installs them almost immediately. I checked to see if auto update was on. Nope its off.
Nesco was real good about replacing the first one, even though it was out of warranty at the time. I did not request a warranty replacement for the second one.
Please warn people that the canister vacuum accessories for the VS-12 are no longer sold and no one has one. SO that function is useless. I wish someone had pointed this out a week ago.
Hi @oldman56! Please accept my very sincere apology for in responding to you. For some reason I was not getting notifications either by email or push. I went through several that were not as effective as sticking food in a bag and sucking the air out with a straw but were not even THAT efficient. I don't recall the brand names off hand but they were ALL the major brands, if that helps. Food Saver was one of them.
Thank you for the tutorial. I have the same troubles with my current vacuum sealer as you had. I’m glad you found a better vacuum sealer that is working for you. 😊
@Royalty B It is like the difference between night and day between the two of them. The Nesco didn't require any tweaking at all and, to this day, hasn't wasted a single bit of plastic or food. The NutriChef thing was a pure nightmare. Very loud and just wouldn't seal. I THOUGHT it sealed two pork chops but when I went back later air had gotten into the bags. Useless The Nesco is awesome and for $88 at Walmart right now, will save so much from freezer burn and other bad things. Oh! I should mention that yesterday I tried it out on on berries and they sealed beautifully as well (without getting squished... I used the "gentle" cycle) so that they are very well preserved 👌
Food is too expensive to waste!!! Since I shop for foods in bulk it’s critical for me to have a superior vacuum sealer that can do the work. Is this $88 Nesco Vacuum Sealer a sale price and how long ago did you purchase it? Thank you 😊
@@royaltyb1837 not even 2 weeks ago and I just checked in the price is up to $141 on Walmart. It's just over $100 now on Amazon (I really dislike Amazon though). Maybe if you chat with a representative at Walmart and tell them that you were looking at it when it was $88 a week ago they'll honor the price. It's worth a shot and you never get anything UNLESS you ask. NESCO® VS-12 Deluxe Vacuum Sealer www.walmart.com/ip/54316914
Very nice pleasant wholesome video. I just bought mine at Walmart online for 119. Amazon was the same price. 2nd week of June 2023. It arrives today and I can't wait. Thanks for the video
@Mass With almost all NON big name brand TVs and TV boxes you can tweak them. You just have to go into developer options to free up the option to do so. If you can get to developer options on your device/TV, and tell it to allow downloads from an unknown sources you should be able to fully customize it
@@mass-1128 It seems there MUST be. Nobody's paying to l keep apps on it, like with FireTV and Roku. Even THEY are very easily tweaked (except getting rid of the native apps on those products is darn near impossible to even MAKE room for the apps we actually want to look at). If you can get into a browser on your TV you can almost certainly download things on to it and remove things as well.
I should have taken video of that first one too. It was a nightmare to attempt to use. I've seen videos here in RU-vid of people using that other brand and, apparently they've never experienced a food sealer before, and they actually think that it works. Thank you for kind compliment 🙂
I did speed the video up because I didn't want people to have to sit for very long listening to it and RU-vid has the feature to slow it down if they need to engage in any one portion.
