I was hesitant at first but i have not faced any side affects whatsoever at the end of the day its your choice if u are really that insecure about ur flaring than get it if j don't wanna look for another alternative
i just turned 14 and i’m starting my braces treatment next week. my dentist said that i’ll have to remove 4 premolars to create space for my crowding. i have a slight overbite and my mouth is a bit dipped in, should i still do the extractions?

@@Orionbaehey I'm 13 years old and when I went to the first dentist he told me I had to extract 4 teeths so I went to another doctor and he also told me I had to extract 2 teeths. but I'm really scared to extract any teeths so can you suggest me what should I do? 😖
@@nezuko_kamado_0000 Ask for more opinions from more orthodontics, request a palate expander or ipr to avoid extractions as much as possible, your young start mewing as well. Extractions should only be a last resort but given your age you don’t need since you’re still growing.
I have two connected teeth from root to the top so I technically have an extra tooth they say it’s rare but that I’ll have to get it removed to make room for my teeth tbh I want it OUT
My orthodontist told me it's impossible for my teeth(misplaced canine)which is on top of my incisor to move to it's position(I mean where the canine has to be) So she told me that after the braces my teeth will be misplaced thus the incisor near the canine will swip positions and after that I need teeth reshaping How is that even possible?
I am 23, I have bi maxillary protusion , my pallate is wide with already protrude facial profile and round wide face already. , i have four horizontal wisdom tooth which could affect me later. My ordothodonist recommend extraction of 4 teeth
I'm 25 with bimax protrusion my doctor recommended me to extract 4 premolars..but I'm afraid of it cause people saying it may cause airway breathing problems..did u extracted your teeth?
alright guys ima be honest if u have a SEVERE case like me, your facial structure is gonna be enhanced and your profile's gonna be even better but if you have a simple case and your dentist want to extract your premolars to fasten the process,your facial structure may be worse,and your jaw is gonna be pushed back.
My upper frontal teeth made my chin look recessed when its not, now i have a well projected chin after wearing rubber and power bands and doing some youtube jaw/chin exercices 😅 ,about the premolars extractions, my palate is the same size and i breathe normally as they they did not have that much space where to grow and it annoyed me.
@@lukaslourd not yet,im gonna wear them off in 1 year or less if i visit the dentist often,now am wearing them just to align my teeth nothing more or less
Just had my teeth forcefully reshaped because I technically have no say since I’m not an adult yet - it hasn’t even been one day and my life is a living hell Also I don’t think it should feel like I’m chewing on sand whenever I bite
