Hi, I'm Kim. Welcome to my channel! If you're a fan of stationery, books, and the occasional casual video game video, then I hope you stick around. I enjoy making videos, no, they aren't very fancy, but I still find it exciting and fun to document the things I find interesting. Thank you for visiting!
OMG! You need to absolutely keep it! Whether it's true or not, this is special to you. People create packages, packages do not create people. Rock it girl, salute HIDUPZ !
I have read the first Days of the Morisaki Bookstore but not the second. I am currently reading Welcome to the Hyunam-Dong Bookshop. I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. The books you have mentioned all seem interesting. I think next for me might be A perfect day to be alone. Thanks 👍❣
Sure thing! I got the plain white paper from Amazon. And the hand stamp is from a brand called Note for. I got it from a local shop a long time ago. But I noticed that BGM sells a smaller clear stamp version with other stamps. yosekastationery.com/products/bgm-clear-stamp-stationery-1?_pos=6&_sid=599164716&_ss=r www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006L01I4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
Hi, I have the same HOBO cover that doesn't fit the cover on cover. I had the same concern. I brushed a few layers of modge podge on the inside and out I (used wax paper to block the modge podge from closing up the inside pockets. The sealant did not affect the artwork on the cover and has not gotten dirty. I would even be prone to try a spray sealer.
Hi! Mr Galliano’s Circus by Enid Blyton and Lesley's Great Adventure by George Beardmore were the first story books I owned outright. They were a gift from Mrs Swan next door the Christmas I was nine - 1967. They were the start of my book collection and still have pride of place on my bookshelves❤ We had The Wishing Chair and other stories by EB in our home but I shared these with my sisters. I got the books and reading bug from my Mum who used to take me to the public library in Moss Side, Manchester UK where I was born and have lived most of my life. There were libraries in my schools too so I read all the time - Pippy Longstocking by Astrid Lindgren was a great favourite - we used to sleep with our feet on the pillow - such a great influence and spur to our imaginations. Astrid Lindgren was the Roald Dahl of my generation - there were always new books by her in the school library😊
I went back and forth with the different color options. It was so difficult. And then finally made a decision. Very happy with it and the pads make such a difference. 😁
Loved the video! I understand about the pressure. I choose not to work in the summer and put a lot of pressure on myself to declutter and do art projects. what I have learned over the years is to make a list and if that is not finished, I carry it over to the next day. when the list is finished (I feel so much stress has been relieved) I reward myself with an art activity or art journaling. Also, when decorating your bag if it's just the circle you can just use the circle as a template and embroider on fabric and then use fabric glue. Much love.
I always want to like using rings, but they make me anxious. I'm just glad I was able to remove them. I wish they made these binders with the option to remove them more easily. I think Moterm uses screws, at least my mini one did, so you can always put them back in should you change your mind. I hope yours are easy to remove, should you attempt to.
I'm using a 1.1. I haven't gotten the hang of using the larger sized stub nibs. I do wish Kaweco would bring out gold plated stub nibs, I like the gold accents more than the silver ones.
I loved watching the lavender black ink deepen in shade as it dried. Very cool! I'm curious to hear your thoughts about the new AL Sport piston filler. I have one of the vintage (1972-ish) piston fillers with a 14K nib. I got it on eBay. It's a cool little pen, but it doesn't write well. Alas, the nib needs some help that is beyond my skills, so I'll be sending it to a nibmeister as soon as I can.
@@InsideKimmysMind it all depends how i am feeling at the time of inking the pen, sometimes matching then i may decide that i would like a contrasting ink..
Definitely not $55 - I think mine was $35, and definitely doesn't come with a suede sleeve. Also, comes with zero instructions so mine is not flowing so I can't write with it. Sigh, Moleskine. Sigh
What a beauty of a typewriter! I enjoyed that you actually typed something readable too! Very usable key layout in Spanish with both exclamation signs ¡! and interrogation signs ¿? and of course the accent ´ and the letter ñ!
