But how the F does it work? I’ve flown on the Q400 many times, and it works great, although it can make your noise cancelling headphones not sound quite as good. But you’ll have that on any plane, really. Not sure if it’s two noise cancelling systems interfering with each other, or just plain engine noise.
One intereting detail, a very little known, too. Russians found one SeaFox during an inspection of Nord Stream pipeline in 2015, laying between both strings They asked Sweden, since it was in Swedish Exclusive Economic Zone, to dispose of it. They found out it belongs to NATO forces and US responded they 'lost' one during sea excersizes. and it's not a big deal. Kinda looks suspicious right now.
This is one of the companies leading us to WW3. They taunt jobseeker's in Bournemouth by forcing them to attend meetings in their Advent owned acquisition holding company building called Tringham house.
I have always been skeptical of the benefits of this system. Bleed air anti-icing systems are really not that heavy--titanium ducts and a few electric motor valves are about all there is to them. It is true that extracting bleed air from engines increases fuel burn, but the ice protection systems are not needed that often. The electric heaters add a layer of complexity and maintenance requirements that must be considerable. Wiring for large power heaters is never light weight. But, it seems to be working out for the 787.
The mine destroy drone should just leave a small mine close by and when the drone its safely away Just active the small mine into a magnetic charged mine That will stick to the big mine And boom boom boom And keep using the mine destroy drone And ugrading it and improving it
And how you detect modern mine? Finlands modern mine which is same as seabottom cover? No metal more than seafloor. Reacys only predetermined time and targets.
Over engineering at its finest 🙈 why not just use an rov find it, drop off a small explosive device next to the mine and bring the rov back to use over and over again
placement is a very hard thing to do underwater remotly, also theres a good chance any normal affixment devince would set of the anti tamper of the mine in the first place, better to make the platform expendable form the get go
I agree with case 1, it is way over engineered. Drop off an explosive charge nearby, that is on a timer, then go back to confirm the mine detonated. I don't buy the excuse it is better to make an expensive platform expendable when the solution is simple cheap confirmation trip 15 minutes later to see if the small charge did its job. Clearly the operator is thinking taxpayers are an unlimited source of money.
@@jimturpin both would be a good idea, but the problem in military use is mine clearing needs to be quick, and adding another 10-15 min to each mine clear, then a higher potenetal for a failure to clear is not what most militarys are looking for, they want mine ded now!
Why not have the first drone just drop off/fire off a charge after confirmation. Time is something you don't want to be wasting, especially during hostilities.
