Thanks for the video. This does work exactly like you say. But 2 days later, the service required message came back on. The message is displayed every time I start the 2022 Evoque. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks
Great video. Saving this to my how-to folder. Question, have you attempted to change the rear brake pads on your 22' evoque? I can't seem to find any instructions on how to put the car in Maintenance mode for this model year. Any help would be appreciated
You sir are awesome and saved me the $600 oil change and reset at the dealer. Changing my own oil is really easy on my 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport. THANK YOU!!!
You my friend are God sent ! Worked on both our Range Rovers. We searched the web and I am glad to have found your post. ThAnk you so much. Note: if you own a 2021 model this method is the only way you can reset the service due. The old way with single door open way does not work at all.
Thanks Hayden. Hope your summer has been great! I haven’t gotten the Jet Ski running good yet. Taking it out today at 5pm ramp 6. Hoping I fixed it yesterday evening.
does not work for my 2017 with automatic transmission :( it show the reset on the board computer, until you remove your feet from the pedals. it pops back to 0. any ideas?
Mine never shows the words reset. Follow the exact order. Start the process with the hood closed and doors shut and car off. Don’t ever start the car. It took me a few times the first time to get it right. Idk. Are you in the US?
@@enginkar make sure nothing is on and everything is off when starting the process. Don’t even have it in accessory mode yet. Maybe evoques from Germany have a different process. Idk.
@@kwkopecki tried the process again several times. it does not save the reset. i assume there is a problem with the software version. don't know what else could be the problem. you can see in the menu, that the oil service counter goes to 32000km. as soon as you remove your feet from the pedals it pops back to 0.
