Like others said, Kim is Tommy's brother in law and a great guitarist. They did a number of covers together, all great, as is this one. I suggest a cover they did many years ago with some other friends (under the name Granskogerz) - I Want Out by Helloween

Hello Nate, I hope you are fine. So sorry that you stopped your reactions. I loved to see how you discovered several European bands and I was also impressed that you had a look at artists your daughter favours. During the pandemic I discovered Nightwish via reaction Videos and my musical curiosity spread. So I can understand a bit how you felt hearing European bands for the first time. Maybe you will like to listen to some of my latest discoveries as well Sonata Arctica - Black Sheep (there is also a great cover by Tommy Johansson) and Amorphis ft Anneke - Amongst stars. Thank you for the comment. I took some time away from reactions for a few reasons. My oldest daughter moved to Texas, so I focused on helping her move. Now with an extra room I'm trying to set up a space to film and work on my music. Getting a better camera is high on my list and hopefully soon I'll have the one I've been looking at. I've seen a lot of new music to react to and will be getting into it soon. I took a break, but I'll be back. You were one of my first subscribers I believe. Built to Last when it came out was an earthworm. I listened to it over 500 times. I rarely listen to it now. But it will forever be something special to me
Statement is one of my favorite songs by him! If you haven't already I suggest listening to "Modest" by him as well. That song goes pretty hard as well! Also he releases a song a week for 100 weeks, but is now taking a break for awhile :D
Man! Blind Guradian were one of the Bands to create the genre of "Powermetal"! The are around since the 80s, and I love them since we heard their MCs on a Walkman in School Bus! Most of the early works are related to JRR Tolkien and other Fantasy thems, they are LEGEND! Please check out " The Bards Song", its a classic! Cheers Mate and greetings from Germany!
That playful syncopation from the guitars coming out of the breakdown section into the nice little airy palate-cleansing passage with the light vocal is #ChefsKiss imho. Love it. Between this & the other single (which I also very much enjoy- I don't need, or want, every song to be fast & furious), I'm looking forward to buying the album. :) Given that Peter & Chris both went to Berklee's Valencia campus (& thus met Jorge there) to do their jazz-leaning Masters, I'm guessing they both have plenty of melodic, harmonic, & rhythmic, chops to take us down all sorts of interesting musical paths. It can be super satisfying when accomplished jazzers let their heavier influences come thru! ;)

First off, I'm a HUGE watcher of BTS reactors, and I am so appreciating the genuine vibe of all of your comments. I have now watched all of your BTS videos up until this one and loved the way you reacted to this one. In some of your earlier videos, I was hoping for some more reaction. I enjoy when reactors pause and share with the camera during videos. Also, you have a nice voice. Secondly, I love this progression of song choices. I don't know if you've heard other BTS songs outside of what you've shown us in video, but your choices are the best! The lesser highlighted gems that are fun to watch with you. If someone is guiding you, great job. If not, great job. I also love that you appreciate our lyrical poet, King Kim Namjoon. So yeah, Welcome!
Thank you for the kind feedback. I have gone with some requests and some songs that peaked my curiousity. I'm really glad I checked out BTS and have become a fan of theirs. I haven't reacted to BTS for a few weeks and think I'll be checking some more out this week.
The song is about the 30 years war but the sentiment applies world over. Also, in modern times, the Swedish military have been active in Africa, the Balkans, Afghanistan. UN missions. There is a law about general draft but this gen, maybe 1/10 even get checked, less are "drafted". Now, things might change. During the Cold War into the 90's it was most if not all were called when they were 18, most if not all, served. Not professionally, but for like 12-18 months, basic training. Men. Of course ;)
Hi Nate, just came across your channel, love it. Sabaton is a poweful thing, and I'm saying that as a Depeche Mode hard mode fan. So being a medic seems like an career that fits you, please continue that. I myself went as a UN soldier to Bosnia in 1995, you didn't miss much except knowning what's really important in life.
