Hello I would like to see a video of how you deploy the support legs and be able to see in detail what the inner tube that slides on the outside looks like. I don't understand why you don't cizaya the cylinder sockets. thank you
Amigo, tambem estou na construção de um projeto desse, vc poderia me informar onde vc conseguiu comprar desses pneus traseiro, e ppderia me passar o zap da loja, pois não estou conseguindo comprar aqui no meu estado!
While you seem to have and understand the nessesity of knowing how to weld (RU-vid has lots and lots of channels that show you how NOT to do it), your geometry for your rear hitch and front end loader are definitely not ideal. The rear hitch is built very stout, except for the fact that your pivot bearings have only 2 small bolt's each holding the bearing cap's on in the direction of maximum load if you intended to go plowing. Those 4 small bolt's are now the fuze in the system. As for the loader, the pivot points from the top of the loader uprights to the fixed points for the cylinders is way too close together. You're throwing away a lot of your mechanical leverage, while adding a lot of extra stress to the fixed uprights, due to the hydraulics fighting it out with the poor geometry in such a small area. The same can be said about where the lift cylinders attach to the outboard end of the lift arms. You have them mounted inboard of the welded joint where the upper section of the loader arm's, rather than the drop section. Move the brackets and you will put much less strain on that joint. And if done correctly you will loose at most 25~30mm of lift height. I know it's late in the day, but I just had to throw that out there. I'm hoping that even with my critique, you've had nothing but safe operation of your tractor...
Nice job in building that, Next time when you make a video show the whole thing first all the way around so the entire machine is in the shot. Then after you can zoom in to show details. But please make most of the video showing the whole thing.
foarte tare.
