I think this movie is awesome. There is nothing negative about it. I agree with Tock time is important. & you should make the most of it every chance you get. It doesn't wait. He gives Milo advice & suggestions anyone can appreciate. Love this song.

This is definitely the best classic Mechwarrior intro cinematic. No goofy live action mixed with dated CG, or the bad acting that came with it. The combatants also displayed intelligent tactics that made the battlefield scenario feel real. The horrifying screams of the dying soldiers. Perfection
I don't know, about the intelligent actions if it was reality the atlas should have fired weapons while closing fullspeed to put his battlefist in the mix instead of just walking out and standing but yes the rest is pretty good. I like the mw4 one more despite the much dumber choices the lanceleader makes

Always bothered me how it appeared to be a standard MadCat/Timber Wolf, but when confronted with the Atlas at point blank range he just shoots his machine guns and small torso mounted Lasers. In reality the MadCat pilot would be thowing the kitchen sink in that situation in a desperate bid to survive an encounter at that range with an assault mech. Two salvos of missiles, and unleash the ER Large and Medium lasers on the arms too, to hell with heat. Scrub Jaguar pilot.

I've made some research and realized that all mechs has correct equipment that will work ingame, like both Mad dog, Summoner has Prime configuration, firefly most likely "3SLE" configuration, Atlas visually has 1 machine gun, 3 M-Lasers, 2 LRM10, 1 SRM6, 1 AC-10. Timberwolf is most likely Prime configuration too, but visible 2 M-Lasers 4 machine guns, and 2 LRM20
I remember my PC back when I played this could only render this intro at 0.80 speed and the audio distortion was something I thought was baked in to the game.
