So what happened later when Moses went before Pharaoh and demanded "let my people go"? As I recall, Pharaoh was going to do it, but then God violated Pharaoh's free will by hardening his (Pharaoh's) heart. This is an Evil act that forced Moses and Pharaoh into an unnecessary conflict that ended up unaliving tens of thousands of people. God is the Villain of Exodus.
I disagree wholeheartedly with this so-called pastor God doesn't always give us what we want oftentimes what we want isn't good for us and on top of that sometimes he takes things away from us to teach us about his love and how to trust in him more it's not all about us all the time which we all including myself make it about. Why don't we do things for God not keep asking him for every desire that we have why don't we just learn to love him abide in him and be obedient to him and quit worrying about ourselves for a minute it seems like this pastor is just telling people who have itching ears what they want to hear in the Bible actually talks about this
