Hello, I am writing to you from Turkey. I have a Ford Fiesta with a 4F27E transmission and a 1.4-liter petrol engine. I have an issue that we haven't been able to resolve. The problem occurs especially after the car warms up; it jolts when shifting from 3rd to 2nd gear. It feels as if another vehicle is hitting it from behind. I haven't noticed any issues with other gear shifts, but this problem happens specifically when shifting from 3rd to 2nd. It particularly occurs on steep inclines. When the speed decreases on an incline and the engine needs to downshift from 3rd to 2nd to recover, this issue happens. If I switch to manual mode and ease off the gas pedal while manually shifting from 3rd to 2nd, the jolt doesn't occur. However, if I shift while keeping my foot on the gas pedal in manual mode, the jolt happens just like in automatic mode. What do you think could be the problem? Do you have any guesses? The local mechanics here have suggested a complete transmission replacement, which is very expensive. Since the problem occurs only during this specific gear shift, I would prefer not to replace the entire transmission. Is there a simpler solution? I would greatly appreciate your response. Did the camera die at the end? It did not appear as though you were finished; it looked like you were about to install the valve body. If you can find that footage, I'd love to see it. I know it's not difficult to install those, but I'd like to see the complete job.
Нахрена так дохрена герметика нахреначил??? Крышкк закрутил и где теперь герметик? ДизФак за такую сборку! Весь лишний герметик вылез и отпадет во внутрь! Ебать ,"спецы"!!! Впрочем,дальше смотреть нет смысла. ДизФаков вам ведра три!
How much play should there be between the overdrive and underdrive shafts? What does it mean if there's too much play, how would that affect the way the transmission work?

Excelente trabajo, disculpa que torque lleva la tuerca del primer engrane que ensamblaste,y las tasas de los rodamientos deven entrar justas o deven tener juego en mi caja tienen algo de juego axial
Is it at all possible to clean that filter without opening up the tranny? My car does not engage after only a couple minutes of warm up, only engages cold so I'm thinking I have the dreaded clogged filter issue. Also hear a skipping noise coming from the pump so it could be a combination of both. Can debris be sucked or blown out through the port hole behind the valve body or am I screwed? Thanks.
Thanks for getting back to me. I finally got the tranny out but have one more question. Can the filter be removed without having to take out all of the internal parts? I see that it is at the bottom but looks like alot of stuff in the way. @@ellayonTV
Thanks. I got it done but now have another problem. After putting the car back together, now it won't move as if it's locked in Park. The shifter moves but the car won't budge. I tried pushing it while in neutral but it rocks back and forth just as if locked in Park gear. Any ideas? @@ellayonTV
