I'm so confused. I lead off with my right hand in a round off and my right leg. But it feels like my body is going to the right. Just like she's doing here. It looks like her body is going to the right. So why does he keep saying it's twisting left?
Remember to push you chest upwards and the bars backwards at the end of the movement before landing on top. It helped me out a ton when I was training this exercise. :)
These are impressive, but there is no order to them. Does anyone have a complete series, showing not only how it's done right, but how it's done wrong, with slow motion and analysis?
The glide (slide) kip is best performed (learned) as a glide (slide) to a stoop through (jam) (basket swing) through a manta, then extending to a back swing. 😱🤪🤣👍🇺🇸
Great instruction and demo. I'm 65 years old and just started drilling this on the tramp last night By end 2022 I'm hopeful to perform this skill on the tumble track. I mentioned my age to encourage adults to view gymnastics as s a lifetime sport. I only started 3 months ago and already have a solid back salto reasonable front and a high barani off double mini tramp. The trampoline in particular is appropriate for older adults. Get a coach, follow the advice and you will overcome many fears and experience movement in space probably not even b4 dreamed off.
