I was not a resident of the area, but was trapped in the middle of it all on the narrow roads trying to get out. I remember it all, and the fear each and every October. I will now remember your loved ones lost that day, and the loss of your daughter years after. A person is never truly dead until they are forgoten, I will remember for you.
Hope is phenomenal. I loved her in I CAN DO BAD ....... such a sweetheart and portrays such a beautiful character and loving as a sister and caring soul.... SHE RISES ABOVE....
He ate himself out of house and home..Multiple times i saw him with a goldfish in his mouth..Then he switched to catching water fowl..Baracades had to be put up eventually because people were letting their dogs off leash to swim in the pond !!!!
I am here today after seeing an article about the Ridley Scott Napoleon being released in theaters around Thanksgiving before going on Apple's streaming service. I found a trailer. No dialogue, everything at a distance or with Joaquin Phoenix with his back turned. I then searched for a trailer of the grand old version. We will see how the two compare and hope Ridley Scott and screenwriters did not make a fool out of themselves. I feel confident with the right material Joaquin Phoenix can rise to just about anything so very curious about how it turned out. 4/3/23

@@joankonkle6972 They're just grabbing bits from other Napoleon movies or TV shows. Or they'll grab bits using the same actors but from previously released films that look like they could pass for a historical drama. "Fan trailers" are a constant irritation on RU-vid because they don't clearly mark themselves as such. It's worse for franchises like STAR WARS because there's so much material they can "remix" into different arrangements. One clue is to look at the channel hosting the video. The real trailers are posted on the official studio sites, like "Sony Entertainment" or "Disney". While the fake ones are on sites like "Screen Culture" that are just fan sites

I saw this at the Chicago Theater in 1981 with Carmine Coppola (Francis Ford's father) conducting the orchestra. Spectacular in its audacity. I subsequently owned the DVD.

I was fortunate enough to see this epic in the early 80's in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario with the full symphony accompaniment. Still remember it as an amazing experience.
