I was a firefighter explorer on that station. This is actually one of the engines I worked on. I worked on both engines while there. It was fun. I miss it.
I worked with Ed Walsh as an armed guard at the JFK Federal building in downtown Boston for a year or so around 2003 while he was waiting to be rookie Boston fireman. All he talked about was his dad who was also a firefighter and that he wanted to be one. I even made a drawing for a shirt for his favorite local firehouse. I remember years later seeing the news about that 2014 fire in Boston and recognizing his face and name on television. I also remember the weather that day. It was so windy and tragically that's what made that fire so uncontrollable and trapped the two firemen inside. Sad.
RacingFan911 - Emergency Response Videos thank you... still not buffing like I was a few years ago but if I can catch stuff I'll be trying with my new camera 👍
First of all they're called State Troopers not "Tropers" and second of all why do you find it so "exciting" to see them respond to an MVA? DID YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CAUSE OF THE MVA? WAS IT YOU THAT THREW THE OBJECT FROM THE OVERPASS? PLEASE CALL 605-223-3856.
@@emmanuelk5129 Manny you bleeker head! Go back in your garage and have a big bowl of shut the fuck up yourself! Stupid Manny the Portagee never really knew when to shut his mouth so now he's taken to the internet to avoid the terrific beatings he used to get on the street. Plus he is a guaranteed police informant. Look at his channel. You applied to a lot of departments....but nobody likes a rat Manolo, neither cops or criminals. Stupid ass
You both are my heroes. I wish I could of known you both. Boston will always be my home town. I miss the state of Massachusetts so much. I'll make you both proud when that bells rings and I get on a rig. God Bless you both and We will take it from here.
I am becoming interested in catching response my question is how do you know the location of where to begin recording do u use a scanner or is it just luck can you please help me
+DojoOG Hi there! Yes, you can use a scanner to listen to the calls and find out where they're going. 99% of the time this is the best way to go about getting videos (unless you're in a city where there's a lot of action ... even then you still need luck). From there, it's about knowing the roads, parking spots, etc. to get you to a good filming spot. Many times you'll find you miss the response just trying to get to a spot you can film safely, but don't let that discourage you. You'll get more than you miss in the long run.. Best of luck!
why would you need the rear window lights when you have the same thing 4 inches higher, makes no sense.... those could have been placed elsewhere to increase overall visibility... say perhaps on mirrors/rear side window... it still looks great, just seems like a weird way to do it.
