I don't have them anymore in the car... But that's a good point. I didn't tried to reverse the phase but yes the highs was a bit too weak 😕 Maybe that was the issue
@@echowsaelee5285 no I do not have more videos. The output is pretty good. They can play really low, but then you limit the output. I found out that sweet spot is around 350hz or even 500hz if your midbass can play clean enough. At 350 they can take a lot of power with very good output.
@nikosraptis1985 Thanks for responding, Really appreciate it. So here goes. Does the pioneer have an individual left and right eq for each band? For example, tweeter, mid, midbass, and subwoofer, or is it just left and right? Can you turn off tweeters, mids, midbass, and subwoofer to tune them individually like a full-blown dsp? How do you have the digital music player connected to the radio?
@@drrckhamilton no unfortunately only does left and right. You can turn off tweeters etc. The dap is connected analog from line out to the auxiliary input of the p99. Cheers
@nikosraptis1985 Ok, I figured that there had to be some concessions made. It still sounds quite amazing, and I can only imagine in person that it sounds that much better. Thanks for your help.
Really nice install! I also run the JBL stadium 3 way system in my car and I know how amazing it sounds. I’m going to listen to that track in my car ✌🏼
good afternoon, you got a very cool sound in your work we ask you to lay out the crossover scheme - we ask very much! with the nominal values of the elements.
Hi Nick! Very nice speakers and very promesing sound. Could you please tell the crossover values and a video or pics of your new cabinets? Best, HelgeH
@@nikosraptis1985 I am making bookshelf MTM ... With same driver B4N Can it best for living room ..... It fills sound in 9 x 13 feet room I am use with 8 inch subwoofer
@@nikosraptis1985 Ahhh! Thought it was Lorrie Morgan, never heard this song before. Thanks for the speedy reply and sharing your builds, got me thinking about building a pair for myself 😉
Late to the party, I think your speaker sounds really good. When you design your crossover, did you do any measurement on your drivers first or did you just design the crossover based on the specification from SA Acoustic?
I'm using a program first that i use on it the parameters of the drives and the box. Cause a crossover sounds different on different boxes. So it's like simulation on the box. Then if i don't like it i just play with the crossover point a little bit. Now I've made new boxes that is way better but i haven't upload any video.
@@cpaint69 the program called x-over 3 pro and the box program is the bassbox 6 pro . Xsim is good but i don't think you can do simulation in the actual box .
This is a Tpa 3255 amplifier from ebay. A typical Chinese product, that is not that bad. I have it for few years and still working. I only have changed the volume potentiometer once.
