Very nice setup. Thats the best use-of-space i've seen in years. I had to watch this a few times to absorb everything going on. I notice that you have your Vic5 dressed up to the max. Dolby Digital and DTS audio plus a 3-lens turret. Nice. (also notice the turret is from an older machine, when they were grey) The takeup tower is impressive. I hope you still have/run this stuff.
Howard, I was the full-time projectionist here, from it's opening in Feb 1996 until i left in March of 2004. Thank you so much for posting this, the memories came flooding back. Manic Thursdays on changeover with Bob Sainsbury collecting the films, and dropping off the adverts and new films. So, so hot in the summer.
The main station is right in the middle off Palma . centre ..there is a street market just across the road from it in the square .there are a few stops along the way , you can get off and enjoy the views at the small stations. just for 5 mins ..tis a lovely train ride ..just look out for the doz pick-pockets /hanging around palma station waiting on the people ..
