Pressing either is fine, but by pressing Lavalash you reduce your wolves CD and then in turn get more primordial waves throughout a dungeon. It's a slight min max but ultimately just press one or the other alongside spending MSW stacks.

What is the enh target cap? I know some capped specs have about half of their skills hard capped, and the other half soft capped. My outlaw rogue has all abilities hard capped at 8, but ive heard fury wars are 5, but only for some abilities
Frostshock(Hailstorm),Flameshock(6),Chain lightning(3or5) as a few examples. They need to rebalance soft/hard caps. Having some specs still limited to caps in most of their abilities is just bad design imo.
@@AverageTeaDrink Rly dont get the reason. I heard its to prevent pulling entire dungeons, but if its only some specs that are gimped then it seems weird. Plus, we arent even the best at our supposed "niche" target count all the time anyway
as a rogue im not as down bad as shams living wise, but every single 16-17+ key being "aug pref" or "mage/aug" is pretty depresso. Nice to see someone else struggling with it as well and doing as well as u did here.
Hey man, great videos. Im finding im having issues using the lashing flames talent while maintaining all other rotational things. Any tips for that? Or maybe theres a talent i could take instead if its not gunna make me lose a ton if damage? Between all the procs, and rotational buttons for enhance is just a big cognitive load to pay atention to all that and be swapping targets regularly to spread it
Appreciate that! I think the best thing to do is try maintain Lashing Flames on 1-2 targets at a time. Then once you become use to it try bump that number up, but as long as you're pressing your priority buttons you'll still do good with a few lashing flames missing. As I often in certain packs only do 1-2 anyways if there is a priority mob.
Could you give me some tips on how you hit that 1 million + DPS in those big packs ? I'm as geared as you and can never get there ? What's your priority ? Or maybe a video explaining your rotation? Loving these vids man
Glad you like the videos! New one is coming out tonight! It's just weaving in your LL,FrS,IS and spending MSW stacks. If you start missing GCD's trying to press the highest priority it will add up over the pull. So as long as you're pressing one of these you'll start to see higher numbers

Increasing target cap to 8 on Flameshock would be huge. I literally do significantly less damage on massive pulls because I can't find my flameshock targets, which just makes the gap feel that much bigger
It would be good but they'd have to change lashing flames as managing 6 reliably is a pain sometimes, so having 8 would be sweaty palms all the time 😅 I think the easiest solution is making frostshock soft capped beyond 8 targets! Maybe this Tuesday coming up they have some changes for us... 🤔
Very true lol! I am really hoping they fix the Enhancement tree as I was extremely disappointed to see that Windfury is still a sacrifice in m+ builds since they only "fixed" it in Totemic and not stormbringer... (We already had no issues bringing it to raid!!)@@AverageTeaDrink
Hey bro do you have any kind of guide to start using enhancement shaman? Really wanna learn how to use this class but its seen really hard to learn, the eotation, opener too many buttom shyning at same time 😅
Wowhead is a great guide and I have video mini guides in my discord 👌 It can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you practise the prio list on the dummies and train your brain for awhile you'll start to pick it up!

Trying my best to get them out so I've had a few late nights recently 😅 Taking accountability is the biggest thing. Owning up to those mistakes you make and putting the key before the details meter. I'd argue a top 3 reason for depleting is someone pressing a dps button over a save the group button. Thanks for the comment!
Does your rotation change when the pull's very big? I'm looking at the first pull of the dungeon and I never get even remotely close to your numbers on huge AoE... I'm guessing the Aug Evoker helps a little bit, but even with an aug I wouldn't get close to a million dps here
It's the same AoE rotation besides crash lightning is a more desirable button over stormstrike in higher target counts. I think people underestimate how important uptime is. Long as you're sending LL,FS,IS and MSW stacks then you'll get higher numbers in AoE
I started using it around +16 as it makes life a lot easier and it makes it so others mistakes aren't as punishing for yourself. It's worth picking up if you're actively pushing 👍
Just fly over the spawn points in each phase WM OFF/WM ON. Then swap to a different realm and repeat. Eventually you'll run into fakes or a real figurine

When funneling in medium to large pulls do you always spread lashing flames first before funneling on the target or is it better to just spam LL + EB on the funnel target as soon as we have the pwave buff up? Also I'm assuming since you already have an spriest in this key you didn't use EB that much when funelling a target in larger pulls since spriest is also a funnel spec? Is it better to do this when we are not the only funnel spec in the group?
I tend to always try to put up a few Lashing Flames before sending on the main target. With a Spriest if there are targeting the correct mobs in pulls you can spread a few more lashing flames but it really depends on the Comp/Players/The pull. You could AoE more if the prio mobs aren't going to cast X Spell again but it just depends dungeon to dungeon.
Enh is one of the coolest classes, I hope they are good next xpac even if I don't play them. Loved them since the beginning of the game! Awesome to see ppl like you push with non-meta. I hope u don't get burnt out ;)
I think some hero talent nodes have the potential to be good, but our spec tree needs to accommodate the hero tree better. Alongside a rework on some of the current talents in the spec tree would do wonders for us

You made me want to consider playing it still bc at the end of the day, Enh really is fun to play and really does feel smooth to play. Thanks for that
It's definitely a ranged favoured dungeon pool this season and a lot of other classes got power spikes with better tier sets than they had in S3 along side being able to grab powerful items with bullions.

As for the 3rd boss in galakrand dungeon. On the second phase you hold onto the debuff, and pass it to tank after about the 2nd line of winds go, then the tank just holds it. But i dont do high keys, just 20s, but i do all roles. So im unsure if the damage the debuff gives makes it so you have to trade it back and forth with the tank
It ticks really hard on higher key levels. You have to pass it back pretty quickly and if you don't have a defensive when you take it... you get 1 shot 😵
The drake pull after the first boss in Rise usually tanks want to pull it down the stairs because as a healer there is weird LoS issues because of those stairs. Which is why it may seem like you were jumping the gun and dying IMO
