As much as I want Ashley to win bikini O, I think it’s Maureen this year with Ashley as 2. Everyone forgets about Maureen’s “it factor” until you’re watching her. Aimee and Laurelie will battle for 3. Vania is my wildcard that I think has a chance to push Isa to 6.
I'm biased, I am totally rooting got Missy in Fitness.. I've been watching her recovery and Baby Girl is not giving up AT ALL. She doesn't show too much of her routine practice in her vlogs, it seems like she holds back a little from what she does show. Almost as if she is scared of hurting herself again. But Missy being Missy, I know come close to show day, she's putting every ounce of herself into that routine. And I still would love to see the full routine she was supposed to perform last year. FIGURE: Cydney's waist is just way too SNATCHED and TINY. Her proportions are just unmatched.
I'm also a huge Missy fan too, however she has posted minimal footage of routine practice which makes it a mystery at this point, she no doubt will clean up on the Physique round but as we all know that only account for a third of the score and the routine two thirds. Food for thought with the scoring breakdown, do we have a case where some competitors start to deliberately hold back on there Physique and go all out on the routine due to the scoring? Does the breakdown need to be revisited?
I am curious how Teffani-Sam is going to look on show day. Right now, judging by her IG and youtube, she looks soooo hard and huge. But her body always seems to look damn near perfect on show days, so strange.. LOL
Women's Bodybuilding to me.. I think Yeo might steal the Olympia this year... Shaw looked awesome at Rising Phoenix... but her conditioning was not up to her usual standard... She still looked amazing and better than majority of the competitors on her worse day, but Angela went in and her conditioning was unreal. If Shaw's conditioning was slightly better, she would've won Rising Phoenix.. She was fighting for second place because Jones was on her heels in that spot too. Women's BB I think top six would be Yeo, Shaw, Ashley Jones, Sherry Priami, Anastacia, Micaela Aycock I disagree Alcione especially with the likes of Aycock, Levina and Helle right behind her and historically their conditioning will show that it's better than Alcione. I get Alcione was a top three finish, but her conditioning may not be better than Aycock or Anastacia... she might finish ahead of Helle or Levina...

I expect upsets and new champions in Figure, Physique and Bodybuilding if it is close. Competition is going to be steep. Winners will be those that bring the best package, handle their business and who can elevate under pressure.

Well, at 09:50 , I don't know what to think about it. Is there a reason for shoes and the long hair? Btw., I didn't know that the Musculus Gluteus Maximus got this deep into the outside of the legs. 🤔 I've never seen that with men.
I have followed bodybuilding my whole life. This is just my opinion. Women all gased out does nothing for the sport. It does not come off remotely natural or beautiful. I know they work their butts off but it’s just not good for the sport!
