Some of the players said he would forget their names and he let them get away with drinking and smoking🚬, clubbing it most nights. The recruitment was the key to his era, spotting Dalglish, Souness Hansen etc. . Houllier changed a lot behind the scenes, but Klopp took things to another level. Bringing in nuclear physicists, sleep and throw in specialists, using his sports science experience. Slot will need a good backroom team, and he'll need to charm people at Kirkby. But more importantly he'll need to do well from pre season onwards and get at least top 4.

If you look at his teams in the nine years he was in charge, only Dalglish and Souness were world class players, Ray Clemence was already established.
I love Endo and he is a favorite player of mine. I am so glad Caicedo went to Chelsea. The big difference between them is that Endo plays hard and tough but Caicedo plays nastily and reckless.
