Is Silhouette out of business? They don't answer their phones, never reply to emails, didn't respond to a snail mail letter and I can't even buy any media from their website because they never send the verification email. What is going on with them?
@SimplybeingR if you already have the "photo black" ink it is fine. But for your next refill you dont need to buy a photo black ink you can put regular black
Hello and Thank you are watching. Could it just be that you are just new to Silhouette Studio and not familiar with the program so trying to follow in real time is a bit difficult for you? We recommend watching 1st to get an understanding and then watching and pausing in between the steps so that you can try them on your own and take notes. In RU-vid video we cant pause to wait and allow for viewers to catch up however we do teach like that in our paid classes where we have more time.

I have tried everything and it still says safari cannot open page. I cannot open the store, can pull up the library but when I punch on store it comes up saying safari cannot open the page. I cannot search on Google on this computer for silhouette and it’s the only site that comes up saying safari cannot open the page what am I doing wrong?
