W-O-W Happy, happy Mark! ~ 2 years on YT. Your fan base is growing leaps and bounds plus look how you've grown technology wise. Here's 🥂🍾 to as many more years as you want to be here. Mazel Tov! (no, I'm not Jewish) 😅
This video really hit home, Mark. I suffered Migraines from around 7 or 8 years old. They were very sporadic at first and could be months in between each other. I'm sure my parents and teachers thought I was swinging the lead as they progressively got worse, but the sickness that came with it could not be acted! The Doctors tried different medications but in my very late 40's (i'm now 53) I was sent to a neurologist as I'd been struck down by a migraine that would not go. I was off work for 3 weeks and literally stuck in bed or the toilet being sick and the doctors were worried as I was stuck in this dreadful 'hangover' feeling and unable to function or even eat properly. The neurologist did all kinds of tests as I sat in his room, still being poorly! Eventually he prescribed a blood pressure tablet called Candesartan. He told me there was nothing wrong with my blood pressure, but these tablets (still unknown fully to the medical world) seemed to work for many sufferers of severe Migraine. I'd had decades of a pain and sickness that left me completely unable to function and that had got to the stage I was having 3/4 a month. So I didn't believe this tablet would work. But oh jeez, did it work! I literally was given my life back. I've not had a migraine since those tablets got into my system and got to work. I get the odd headache, the tired kind, after work, but nothing that debilitates me. I will always remember Mr Williams the neurologist at the RVI hospital in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, for his awesomeness. I never have to worry about going places or social nights out anymore , and I feel so refreshed. I'm just sad I lost so much life to that damn pain! But, onwards and upwards. Your video really did tick so many boxes of what I had suffered, Mark and I'm so pleased they don't affect you anymore, they really are paralysing. Wonderful video as always my friend.
Excedrin Migraine is the best over the counter for migraine headaches - the best - better then a prescription medication As for Linda's 3 year old grand daughter getting a headache - what is she eating? Candy, lots of dairy - is she going number two regularly or constipated? Clean up the diet, include fiber and she won't get headaches. Is her nose stuffed often? Best of luck with that!
Absolutely amazing asmr. You are so pleasant to listen to. Thank you so much for sharing bits of your life with us and I m so sorry you suffer so much from migtanes. Hope they don't happen a long time. I also hope this sandwich was lovely 😊 Thank you so much. Looking forward to new videos. Big hello from UK 🙂
i think i'm the youngest person here (17 years old) but just wanted to comment & say this is a great video :) the asmr is perfect and not too loud. the chip eating sounds along with the soft spoken commentary is just perfect and so calming :) i enjoyed hearing you chat.

A know a lot of people who cant eat healthy foods because it makes then sick. My wifes mental wires are crossed. Stimulants makenher tired and downers make her wide awake
You must detox your brain. Toxic metals in your brain can cause a lot of issues. Magnesium will flush the toxic metals from your body. Iron will get oxygen to your blood. Caffeine gets your brain moving. Living in a house with mold will cause major headaches. Magnesium/Iron/Caffeine
Howdy Mark. I used to get migraines. A lot. The first one I had lasted for five days. One day I was leaving work early with a wicked migraine. This older dude we had working for us was a former preacher. He stopped me and asked if he could pray for me right there in the hallway. That was the last migraine I ever had.
I started suffering with migraines in my 20’s, by my early 30’s I’d be in the ER 3-4 times a week having to get a migraine shot. I’d throw up so much that I’d end up passing out, they were so debilitating that I couldn’t do much of anything but lay in a dark room and cry. My neurologist said 9 times out 10 it’s genetic and most of the time there’s nothing that triggers it, it just happens. My mother suffered from them for years till one day they just stopped, my daddy’s mom was also a sufferer of them for many years. I still have them but nowhere near as bad and I finally found a medication that works, it’s a pill you put in between your cheek and gums and it dissolves. I wouldn’t wish migraines on anyone! I hope you and Linda are having a great time on your trip, can’t wait to hear about it. Take care my friend 😊
Yeah headaches really suck... I don't get them that often but when I do they're usually really bad... Which is weird because I have a neurological condition called Chiari malformation where my cerebellum herniates into my spinal column... So you think I would get like migraine level headaches all the time but luckily I don't. You're making me want to get some lava lamps mark😂
