Denver defense really broke down the second half.. and that coupled with their inability to clear with pressure resulted in only 2 shots I believe in the 3rd quarter .. after that they were just rushing and taking shots not within the offense. …. By then Dame was firing on all cylinders and it was long over
Virginia's defense played atrocious. Their Goalie played atrocious and their offense played stagnant and didn't shoot when they needed to. Terps look like they could at least give ND a game
I see denver with their 3-3 set play that they used against notre dame in 2015 semifinals and against maryland in finals and capitalized every time including this game
@@tedbowen3085ND is also scrappy and gets ground balls, just because your face off guy might beat NDs at times, they will claw and smack that ball away
The Pioneers had been physical in the 2024 post-season and used that today to bother the Irish at first...It kept the scoring fairly even into the 2nd Quarter... Yet when the Irish cracked the Pioneer tactic, there was essentially no adjustment...Desperation quickly became a worthless option, and the Pioneers simply sought respect in accepting defeat.... Go Terps...Fear the Turtle...Beat the Irish....
