1. I hope that towel was clean 2. After placing the plantains on towel now you have oil I hope that wasn't a good towel because after putting the plantains on towel now you have oil on towel That probably won't come out once you wash the towel
Best green plants in video ever Thank you so much. Straight to the point easy to follow directions. Not a whole bunch of extra talking. Best video ever
Indian here I make 2 different varieties of savory dishes with plantains. I slice 5cm thick them boil in water with a pinch of turmeric and salt untill cooked not fully though. then use a colander to drain the water. Next I sauté some (optional cumin, mustard, chana dal, urud dal, curry leaves)onions, green chili add plantains to it add salt, red Chilli powder according to taste. I slice them long 4-5cm thickness then marinate with the spices like turmeric, salt, pepper, cumin powder, red Chilli powder few drops of lemon to taste, a spoon of gram flour(optional) and oil as require 1 spoon or so. Leave it for few minutes or untill when you want to eat. The fry them on a skillet add little oil as required while frying. Iam here on YT searching to know if I can get same results in oven as frying in my second recipe 😂
Thank you for this recipe, it’s delicious. For a slight sweetness I added a bit xylitol to it, but a tiny little bit only. Also added a few blueberries and mmmhhh…
