I am a Denon fan. The first Denon CD player I bought was in the 80s, it's a DCD1520. I also bought their DVD player (A11) and AV amp (A11). Now I still own a SA1 SACD player and a A110 AV amp.
I was still a student when I was fascinating Nakamichi cassette decks. Finally, I spent most of my earnings from a summer job on a Nakamichi CR2 (or CR3? can't remember) deck at that time. Nowadays, I listen to CDs, SACDs, ripped music files (incl Hi Resolution files) on my music server or stream from Tidal. No need to make recording from LP or CD. Frankly speaking, the sound quality of music sources nowadays are much much better than LP and cassette.
Oh, the problem with the L R channel level difference originated from the contact points oxidation of the relay. Is a brand new relay of the same model available from electronic components shop?
